Cornerstone

Description: Beginning April 7, we will study a new video series from Max Lucado: He Chose the Nails. In this series, Max explores the many gifts Christ provided to us at his crucifixion. These include not only the gift of the cross but also the gift of the thorns that pierced his brow. The nails that tore his flesh and the seamless robe that he removed for us. The empty tomb where he forever defeated sin and death. The gifts of Easter are the most precious gifts anyone could receive b/c they cost God so much to give.

Time: 11:00 a.m - 12:00 p.m.

Room: 3210

Please join us.  All are welcome.  If you would like more information, please contact Gay Buxton at gaybuxton@comcast.net.

Young Adults

Description: Society defines success in life by how much money you make and how prestigious your job title is. With this pressure influencing more than ever before how we are seen by our peers and how leaders run businesses, it is no surprise that young adults today are reporting record levels of stress, burnout, and job dissatisfaction. Join us this fall as we begin a study on the integration of faith and work to discuss these issues, loosely based on Timothy Keller’s book, Every Good Endeavor.

Time: 11:00 a.m - 12:00 p.m.

Room: 4103 (Overlook-Hall,next to the small glass classroom)
