Roger is responsible for all business and financial operations of the church. This includes human resources, finance, communications, risk management, and property management.
Roger joined the NAPC staff in July 2004. Prior to coming to NAPC, he served in various corporate financial and operations management positions including General Manager of Operations of a publicly traded software company. Roger has a Master of Business Administration in finance and a bachelor degree in management. In 2010, he earned certification as a Certified Church Administrator from the National Association of Church Business Administration.
