A Word of Hope Bible Study

"Do not let your hearts be troubled; believe in God, believe also in Me." This assurance of God's presence in our lives, from the Gospel of John, is one of the most powerful statements in the New Testament. This year, the Women's Inductive Bible Study will explore this gospel, which Scottish theologian William Barclay once described as "overflowing with riches." This group meets at 10 a.m. the second and fourth Tuesdays of the month, with the new study set to begin on October 24. Newcomers are most welcome at any time. Flourish: Women's Bible Studies

The Women’s Ministry kicks off a new Bible study—David: A Study in Imperfection—looking at the life of King David from the Old Testament. Known as the boy giant-slayer, shepherd king, and man after God’s own heart, David’s life and rule as king was also marked by sin, failure, and struggle. Come explore David’s complex life and pursuit of God.

Studies meet at the church on Wednesday evenings at 7 p.m. and Thursday mornings at 9:30 a.m.  beginning the week after Labor Day (September 6/7). Registration opens on August 10 here.
