Rev. Frank Eldridge

Associate Pastor for Congregational Care,
North Avenue Presbyterian Church

Frank is the husband of Glad and father of Elizabeth and Frank Mason, Jr. and grandfather of Sarah, Hugh, Trey, and Wimberly. He has a BA and JD degrees from Vanderbilt Univ., a LLM from N.Y. U., and M.Div. and Th.M. from Columbia Theological Seminary. Frank was a personal injury trial lawyer for 15 years, a superior court judge for Fulton County for 17 1/2 years, and judge for the Court of Appeals of Georgia for 8 1/2 years, retiring January 1, 2005. Many people ask why Frank why he did not just retire like other people; his answer is that he is doing penance for being a lwayer and a judge for over 40 years. "Most people laugh at this, but lawyers don't laugh, instead they say that I can not live long enough to do penance for being a judge."
