Please submit content of newsletter announcement by the 11th day of the preceding month. For example, the deadline for the 2012 February newsletter is January 11, 2012.
Please submit content for announcement printed in the order of service 2 weeks prior to the Sunday issue date.
Deadline for website publicity is 2 weeks prior to the event.
Does this event need to be announced during services? Deadline to submit pulpit announcement is 2 weeks prior to the event. Subject to pastor’s discretion.
Do you need a special mailing or flyer for the elevators? These are reserved for special events that do not occur on a regular basis. Please schedule a meeting with Whitney Meadows, Communications Coordinator to discuss this project (whitney@napc.org or ext. 215). Deadline for flyer or mailer is 4 weeks prior to event.

 

Anything submitted less than a week prior to the event will not be publicized. Please confirm that this form has been received by contacting Whitney Meadows at whitney@napc.org or ext. 215. All publicity requests must be submitted in writing. All publicity must go through the Communications Department. Anything put on the walls without approval of the Communications Department may be taken down. Publication of a submitted announcement is at the discretion of the editor. Because of limited space, time-sensitive announcements receive priority.
